1.HALT（高加速壽命測試）：Highly accelerated life test是一種發現設計缺陷的工序，它通過設置逐級遞增的加速環境應力，來加速暴露試驗樣品的缺陷和薄弱點，而后對暴露的缺陷和故障從設計、工藝和用料等諸方面進行分析和改進，從而達到提升可靠性的目的，最大的特點是設置高于樣品設計運行限的環境應力，從而從暴露故障的時間大大短于正?？煽啃詰l件下的所需時間。
2.HASS（高加速應力篩選）：Highly accelerated stress screen是產品通過HALT試驗得出操作或破壞極限值后在生產線上做高加速應力篩選。要求100%的產品參加篩選。其目的是為了使得生產的產品不存在任何隱患的缺陷或者至少在產品還沒有出廠前找到并解決這些缺陷,HASS就是通過加速應力以期在短時間內找到有缺陷的產品，縮短糾正措施的周期，并找到具有同樣問題的產品。

d.振動步進應力試驗；e.綜合應力試驗；f.工作應力測試。

Its purpose is to make the products without any hidden defects or at least find and solve these defects before the products leave the factory. HASS aims to find the defective products in a short time by accelerating the stress, shorten the period of corrective measures, and find the products with the same problems.
